From our orchards in Valencia
Our carob trees grow in our own orchards in Valencia, Spain. We follow the material from orchard origin through the product program, roast selection and micronization. Carob Orchards is the brand of Carob Orchards SL, based in Paterna, Valencia.
The powder range is based on carob pulp. If your brief concerns seed gum or E410, identify that separately when contacting us so the material is not confused with pulp powder.
